a woodman and his wife lived on the edge of a beautiful forest beneath Mount Fujiyama in Japan. They had a cosy little house and a beautiful garden, but they were not happy, as they wished for a child.
One moonlit night, the wife slipped out of the house and laid herself down before the great mountain with its shining snowcap. She begged for Fujiyama to send her and her husband a child.
As she prayed, a tiny light appeared high upon the mountain and began to drift down toward the woman. When the light reached the branches of the bamboo, it stopped. The woman was overjoyed when she found it was a Moonchild, sent by the Lady in the Moon herself. She took the child home and her husband was overjoyed as well.
The Moonchild grew into a beautiful young lady, a Moon Princess, and was beloved by all who saw her. When the Emperor’s son saw her, he asked for her hand in marriage. However, she refused, saying that her mother, the Moon Lady, had bidden her to return home when she reached the age of twenty.
When the night came for her to leave, the woodman, his wife, and the Emperor’s son were all there to say goodbye, and they were inconsolable. The Lady in the Moon sent down a silver moonbeam for her daughter, and the Princess floated up upon it. As she floated, the Princess cried silver tears for those she left behind. As they fell, they took wing and flew all over the land.
The Moon Princess’ tears can still be seen on moonlit nights. Some call them fireflies, but those who know the legend know that they are the Princess’ tears, searching for those she loved on Earth and had to leave behind.
“The planet does not need more ‘successful people’. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds. It needs people to live well in their places. It needs people with moral courage willing to join the struggle to make the world habitable and humane and these qualities have little to do with success as our culture is the set.”
Tenzin Gyatso, The 14th Dalai Lama
Even when its very old quote I heard it for the first time just today and it really changed something in my thinking. I was always being a positive person, but I somehow stopped trying to spread the positive thinking to other people. It is because of one simple reason, that people just don´t want to listen. But when someone doesn´t want to listen, you can better show them. I think its time for me again to give humanity a chance and try it again. It is never late. World is really such a beautiful place, there is always something to be happy about, something to enjoy, something to cherish. Instead of anger and hatred, there should be more love.
In a last week I was so lucky to get to know people from a very different culture and very different backround as I come from. It was something amazing which I will remember for a very long time. I learned a lot from them and I appreciate even more what I have. But it also made me feel again the main reason why I studied psychology. I refused it for a very long time because of my empathy I tend to suffer of the same stress and negativity which people deals with. I didn´t want to live a life full of this pain, but now I see that there are more ways how to help people. Even by little steps, but I will try to do my best.
Last message for the world. Try to embrace your hatred with love and everything bad will disappear and you will finally see everything in true colors.
“A Blue Moon is that wonderful occurence when the Full Moon shows us her face twice in one month.”

Tonight is the night of the blue moon. It can sound very romantic, but it is actually astronomical phenomenon which is occuring very rarely. The next blue moon will appear in a year 2015.
A blue moon can refer to either the third full moon in a season with four full moons, or the second full moon in a month. Every two or three years there is accumulated one day extra of a lunar cycle. In august 2012 there was already one full moon and today at a last day of august will appear the second one.
Some people do believe that this special event is provided by a huge amount of energy which can be used in a lot of rituals. A Blue Moon is an extremely Magical phenomenon and is known to be nine times more powerful and potent than a normal full moon.
Charge a Lucky Talisman : On the evening of the Blue Moon take any piece of silver jewellery or a silver coin, make a special wish and say it aloud 3 times. Place the jewellery or coin under the full Moon overnight. Silver is associated with the Moon and the Goddess and is the best material for use in a Blue Moon ritual.
Don’t worry if you cannot physically see the Moon, as its special energy is still present. Once the jewellery or coin has been charged by the special energy of this particular Moon, it will act as a lucky talisman to allow your wishes to come true.

Blue moon is also known as a Goal Moon, it’s an excellent time to set new goals for yourself.
The energy of the Blue Moon lends itself nicely for setting goals and intentions. The goals and intentions chosen should be ones that are big, important and lofty – not the average goals. Deciding how to focus the Blue Moon energy can be made by choosing the life area or areas that seem the most significant, such as love and happiness, physical health, prosperity, protection and healing.

Some time ago I was browsing internet for inspiring photography for photo sessions and I found a couple of pictures by Kirsty Mitchell. They immediately caught my attention by its magical atmosphere.
Here I´m going to introduce you a part of her Wonderland, an ethereal fantasy world made of fragments of the fairytales.
